This short course covers makeup design and application for photography. After successful completion of this course students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment and will be able to confidently perform photographic makeup techniques on clients to a professional standard.

Black and white photographic makeup
Introduction to high fashion, bridal and catwalk
Tattoo camouflage
Course Prerequisites
Students in this course will need to have completed SIBXFAS201A (Design And Apply Makeup) or equivalent.
Course Duration
This short course can be taken part time one day per week for six (6) weeks or part time two nights per week for six (6) weeks. There is also the option to study two full days per week.
Course Cost and Payment*
This course costs $1000, which includes all learning materials and resources needed. Please note that all fees for short courses and advanced classes are to be paid in full at the time of enrolment via credit card or direct debit only.
Materials Needed
All learning materials are provided. You may be asked during the course to bring models for practical work. You will be given notice of this if the need arises.
Kits
Customised makeup kits can be purchased through the Academy.
Course Accreditation
The subjects covered in this course are recognised units of the nationally recognised Beauty Training Package SIB10.

The Academy's short courses run regularly on demand. Upon successful completion of an eligible government accredited short course, students are issued with a Statement of Attainment. A Statement of Attainment is a nationally recognised verification of government accredited units of competency. The completed units of competency can be credited to other Academy certificate and diploma courses.
